ORDERING
Orders can be placed online with payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or login to our wholesale site if you are an approved retailer. AfterPay coming soon!
DELIVERY
All Lost & Found Art Co products are handmade to order and delivery time will vary between 2-3 weeks depending on our workload and your location. If you need something urgently or for a certain date, please leave a note with your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!
SHIPPING
Your orders are shipped via Australia Post and TNT Australia wide and shipping is calculated via a combination of weight and cubic weight for both retail and wholesale. If you order is a combination of multiple items that tips over 6kg, we will calculate the best possible quote between the two carriers and let you know the additional cost payable. Usually, they all operate on a "more is less" per item kinda structure so the freight per item comes down if you are placing a sizeable order.
RETURNS
All items in the Lost & Found Art Co range are handmade, using mixed media materials that create the unique look of Lost & Found Art Co. Thus, it is expected that mixed media items may have differences in texture, resin, wood grain or slight colour variations. Whilst we aim for perfection, resin is a tricky beast and sometimes you may find slight dimples and tiny air bubbles in your woodblock that are part & parcel of this kind of handmade product. Please take this into consideration before placing you order. Unless of course, we have let an unreasonable imperfection slip through and by all means, take some photos and email them the moment it arrives - we will only accept returns if you have notified us within 48 hrs of your tracked order arriving.
Lost & Found Art Co will not accept any items for exchange or refund based on change of mind or incorrect suitability for your home or store.
If it looks like a carrier has played footy with your parcel, please notify us via email of any damages occurred in transit within 48 hrs of receiving your order. Please send a couple of informative happy snaps with your email that we can then pass on to said athletic carrier. :)
